Introducing the New Prest1478 Colours!
We are really excited to share that we have just launched a few brand new colours in our popular Prest1478 collection!
As you may or may not know by now (depending on whether this is your first visit to our blog), the Prest1478 collection was inspired by one of our favourite hikes in the area around Flåm; the Prest mountain top.
The hike up to Prest is stunning, and we’ve even written a complete hiking guide to it here.
We call the Prest1478 collection the ultimate clothing for outdoor activities and adventures. The clothes are of high quality, and are inspired by the changing weather in Norway – perfect for any condition.
Colours inspired by nature
Not only is the collection itself inspired by Norwegian nature, making it perfect for both long and short hikes, but the colours are too!
The original colours; Beetle, Prairie Sand, Ombre Blue and Tap Shoe are all colours that can be found in Norwegian nature – and especially the mountains.
Eventually, Picante was added to the collection. A bright, beautiful fiery colour – not unlike the colours of autumn in Norway, and the sky by the fjords during a dramatic sunset.
From moss and trees to the dark stone of the mountain, trust us on this one.
The two new colours, currently available in our new wool t-shirts for both men and women (Unisex and Female sizes), are just the same.
Ice Blue is a beautiful (you guessed it!) light blue colour, similar to not only the clear blue sky in the early mornings, but also the frozen waterfalls of Norway in the winter.
Anyone who has been on a trip with the Flåm Railway in the winter months (and seen the Kjosfossen waterfall) will know what we are talking about.
Then there is the beautiful colour Sinopia Fresco. This too, can be found all over the Norwegian mountains and forests – especially in the summer and autumn, peak hiking season!
